Job Summary
Support e-business roadmap implementation from a technical and design standpoint. Liaises with IT, Communications, Marketing and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management - Global Digital Initiatives / E-Projects
PM for regional digital projects : including but not limited to data capture tools, clienteling, remote sales, omnichannel initiatives, testing plans
E-Retail and Other Sales Platforms
In line with strategy, ensure the implementation via negotiation with retailers and Regional / Global teams
Brand guidelines compliance follow-up, mockups, staging instances and legal contracts
Map out technical and design requirements and ensure timely approval and implementation according to retailer / other platforms and CHANEL SLA’s
PIM platform support for monthly product activations and deactivation
Reporting based on performance indicators (quantitative and qualitative)
Work across Digital pillars to align Application eco-system and roadmaps
Client Experience On E-Shops and Chanel.Com
Support .com development from a technical and design standpoint in our priority countries
Support on content management on seasonal e-shop projects
The ideal candidate should have the following experience and characteristics :
Candidates must be fluent both in English and Spanish.
2+ years of Retail, Digital, Product Management, and / or UX experience (In Luxury retail and / or brand experience preferred)
Demonstrable skills in oral presentations that can influence business and Tech partners
Strategic Thinking with a pulse on business needs
Using Data / KPI for change management and product evolution
Experience with managed products or services
Must be someone organized, resourceful, problem-solving oriented, with a clear communication, planning and decision making skills.
