Scientific Writing ResponsibilitiesWith minimal guidance, prepare high quality manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journalsWith minimal guidance, prepare high quality scientific abstracts and posters for submission to / presentation at professional conferencesWith minimal guidance, prepare internal study reports and other written deliverables as neededConduct scientific literature searches and summarize / synthesize the existing literature in support of publication developmentPrepare tables, figures, and other appropriate graphics for use in research publicationsMay participate in literature review projects, AMCP and Global Value DossiersProject Management ResponsibilitiesAs requested by Research Leaders, coordinate and manage communications between internal and external publication authors and reviewersEnsure accuracy, consistency, and high quality of all publicationsMaintain document history and manage version control of documentsDevelop standard procedures of publication-related project material sharing and record keepingMaintain a list of peer review journals frequently targeted by HEOR studiesContribute to project process improvementMentoring ResponsibilitiesWork with Research Leaders to monitor the quality of writing deliverables by project analystsMentor analysts on writing final reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts as well as poster developmentWork with Analyst Managers to provide feedback to analysts and identify areas for professional improvementIdentify relevant training opportunities for skill areas that can benefit the analyst teamThe preferred locations for this position are Bethesda, MD, Cambridge, MA, or Ann Arbor, MI.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for this position $85,000 to $178,000 is based on a full-time schedule.
Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.WHUS21
