We are searching the best talent for Business Analytics & Customer Insights Business Partner to be in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina or Panama.
The TA Business Partner will serve as the front office to deliver transformational customer insights to drive business strategy.
This individual will oversee and lead the generation of insights, the collection of data, being responsible for advising IBVTLs and CVTLs on finding business opportunities.
It will be a key talent for business analytics leadership positions in the future and support the business with the development of in-depth insights.
S / he needs to be an expert in his / her respective TA who can see challenges and opportunities to be more customer-centric, understand the competitive environment, and help the discussion in IBVTs and CVTs be data based and insight driven.
This position will report to the BACI CoE Leader and have constant interactions with the Analytics & Insights Leader, IBVTs & CVTs.
Main Responsibilities :
Provide innovative / transformative alternatives leveraging his / her experience and the knowledge acquired from the rest of the teams in the CoE, identifies synergies / leverages lessons learned from other TAs / cluster
Provide an outside-in perspective to the TAs on how to outpace competition based on market insights
Monitor competitor activity, trends and connecting with GCSO and other Janssen regions on Janssen’s strategic insights
Continuously scan ways to enhance data analytics & customer insights, data applications and approaches from Janssen globally, or from other external player inside and outside the pharma sector
Develop compelling, logically structured, actionable data driven insights (including storytelling of research / analytics findings).
Drive the application of analytics and behavioral science to influence key strategic decisions Lead on the governance and execution of advanced analytics and behavioral science based on TA priorities
Orchestrate and support strategies to thrive FFE based on customer needs and data insights
Identify key brand uncertainties and develop scenario-based analysis
Lead the preparation of deliverables meeting agendas, presentations) for key project meetings and leadership communications
Define, track and monitor initiatives (KPIs, field force, content) to improve BACI CoE performance
Be IBVT Core member and participate in CVTs on a monthly Basis
Qualifications
Required and Preferred Experiences
Experienced professional (+7 years) with a proven track record leading data analytics programs in the pharma industry.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
Master in economic, business, mathematical or statistical element and business informatics is preferred
Experience developing analytics-based solutions to business problems.
Ideal knowledge on statistical techniques in an applied setting
Proven track record of solving ambiguous and highly complex data problems.
Comprehensive understanding of the critical business questions and drivers of performance of the therapeutic area
Significant experience building relationships with and prioritizing work from a diverse group of stakeholders.
Key Functional and Leadership Competencies
Creative, curious and data-driven leader with a strong business acumen, customer-centric personality and problem-solving orientation.
Managing projects, team members and stakeholders, including the ability to partner, engage and / or direct individuals across different levels.
Manages to results : Takes responsibility for assigned areas and contributes to the successful realization of common goals.
Leadership skills also include lead, coach, develop, motivate, and mentor team professionals with advanced communication and inter-personal skills.
High proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is required.
Portuguese and Spanish are desirable

Define data strategy, in collaboration with senior company leadership to drive brands and TAs’ growth
Design, develop, and conduct research experiments from planning, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting results
Define objectives and metrics for TAs and brands by channels
