You are responsible for
Manages team leads for collections
in the hub location.
Is responsible for the development and staffing of the team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Typically requires a Bachelor’s or Master's degree with >
6 years of related experience, preferably in a shared service environment
Strong collections background in business to business collections with a customer service / retention mindset.
Advanced English Level is a must
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with a multimillion dollar portfolio.
Tangible experience with managing operations in an environment highly dependent on IT system
Experience in B2B Collections
Has exhibited early signs of leadership capabilities and evidence of encouraging Philips Behaviors; Team up to Excel, Taking Ownership, and Eager to Win
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Understanding of PCI (payment card industry) Sox compliance (internal control standards) in a collections environment preferred.
Experience within the healthcare or medical manufacturing industry is beneficial.
