Working under minimal supervision, this net-new hunter position, Watson Health Provider Senior Business Development Manager role, is responsible for selling Watson Health's healthcare provider market solutions directly to large healthcare providers, including large IDNs and large adjacent solution and service providers who service patients directly.
The Senior Business Development Manager will work directly with accounts, primarily in the U.S., to quickly understand and help develop innovative business requirements, business cases and business plans to justify and close deals at scale.
Particular areas of focus will be : AI / Analytics / Data platforms, Enterprise Data Management, Value Based Care, Population Health, Infrastructure, Imaging and Transformational Services.
The Senior Business Development Manager is expected to leverage their existing network of C-Level contacts and healthcare provider market expertise to identify new opportunities.
This role will drive cross-functional teams as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the deal, client requirements and business model.
Responsibilities Include : Net-new large deal business development, including leading deals from vision to signature Build and leverage existing key relationships within the C-Suite Manage cross-functional teams including executives, technical, clinical, legal, finance, product management, services, support and partners.
