Job Description Description of Position Portfolio Management Sr. Specialist is part of the SCM Global Portfolio Team supporting Latin America responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle including product launch, post approval changes and deletion / harmonization.

The SCM Global Portfolio Team supporting Latin America is responsible for ensuring the visibility of regulatory changes in the LA region between regional Supply Chain, Logistics, Artwork and Regulatory contacts so that they can be implemented in compliance and avoid potential risks of product supply.

Responsibilities : Prepare detailed analysis of all SKUs per Brand to have the total picture regarding sales and supply, and be able to propose Business cases for standardization, optimization, and harmonization.

Liaise with RCL and multiple stakeholders from several areas of the business, including commercial, pricing, manufacturing and regulatory affairs, to understand market feedback, feasibility and timeline constraints.

Project leader to coordinate all related tasks. Track agreed changes by following up with various stakeholders on regular basis.

In case of obstacles engage with responsible parties to solve the issue. Identify gaps and opportunities on the portfolio management process for improvements and standardization, creating actions plans and coordinating their execution on time.

Prepare product launch time-line and follow-up task to assure on time launch Participate and / or lead product launch meetings Prepare KPIs for product portfolio group, tracking progress to agreed targets and update regional dashboards to provide visibility as required Submit master data request changes and follow-up with ISO until completed Seek areas for improvements for launch and PLR process.

Participate in Tiers, S&OP & regional forums. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years experience in supply chain or manufacturing Experience in problem solving and project management Knowledge in Regulatory pharmaceutical environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to evaluate data and information from multiple sources, organize information in a logical way and independently solve problems.

Effective coordination of work tasks with others to meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal.

Skill in proactively sharing information to keep others updated and ability to present large amounts of complex information clearly Ability to identify process inefficiencies and adapt and develop work processes Strong negotiation and meeting facilitation skills Bilingual (English / Spanish) Software : SAP, Office, Visio, MIDAS #NewCo #NewCo We are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
