Under general supervision, leads the design / redesign and implementation of broad-based total compensation and / or executive total compensation programs and processes through the application of advanced principles, theories and concepts.
Manages moderately complex projects or programs to provide solutions that are externally competitive and align with business goals and objectives.
Interacts with various stakeholders (within HR and PSL) to help navigate issues and influence direction. Projects and programs typically include job-related bonuses, short and long-term incentive plans, stock, recognition and rewards, and additional remuneration elements.
Develops and recommends approaches to facilitate the effective delivery of pay programs and related practices and policies.
Monitors delivery of core compensation on a regional or global basis to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of services.
Uses independent judgment to accomplish objectives. Collaborates and consults with Human Resources leadership and line management on compensation related issues and initiatives.
Ensures such programs and processes are in alignment with Company business and Human Resources (HR) strategies. Possesses advanced knowledge of broad-based total compensation plan design and implementation and human resources policies, processes and practices.
Demonstrates advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP HR / reporting in order to demonstrate capabilities of advance level quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Exhibits professional level presentation skills in order to effectively convey proposals and project plans in one-on-one or group settings.
Effective interpersonal skills, as well as skills related to teamwork, managing confidentiality, follow-through and written communication skills are required.
Must be knowledgeable of financial concepts and the organization's complexity. Must be able to manage and execute various activities simultaneously in order to achieve focused results.
Completion of undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline and a minimum of 4 years of compensation experience including plan design and implementation.
Professional certification as a Compensation or Human Resources Professional preferred
