Job description

We are looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator, who will report to the CSR Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in an autonomous way and in a dynamic environment to help increase our capacity to monitor, measure, and report Lacoste social and environmental sustainability’s commitments in the Americas Platform.

Location for this position : Panama

Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

  • Contribute to timely and accurate data collection and analysis at the corporate and site level.
  • Aid in the maintenance of our centralized CSR data collection files.
  • Investigate, develop, report and present findings on specific CSR Topics to anticipate challenges / obstacles our business could face as the sustainability Global policy landscape evolves.
  • Develop document briefs as assigned to help communicate target CSR efforts, results and expectations.
  • To be responsible of administrating and organizing all projects related to CSR.
  • Skills Requirements :

  • Ability to internalize assignment targets, develop work plan, escalate questions and seek clarification when needed from management.
  • Ability to work independently to complete deep-dive online research as well as 1 : 1 conversation with supplier contacts and Lacoste at multiple levels of the company.
  • Liaise with clients / stakeholders to identify, define, refine and redefine requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Good note-taking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and "go get it" attitude.
  • Value-driven, with high focus on collaboration.
  • As a person, you have uncompromising integrity. You are highly analytical and structured. You can build relationships and are well experienced with working in cross-cultural networks.
  • Furthermore, you like to be hands-on, you manage to assess and prioritize key issues, and you have the ability to see the big picture being solution oriented.

  • Ability to consolidate complex and varied inputs into meaningful guidance.
  • Clear and concise report and summary writing capabilities.

    Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business Administration, Research Analysis, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point knowledge.
  • Advanced English.
