We are looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator, who will report to the CSR Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in an autonomous way and in a dynamic environment to help increase our capacity to monitor, measure, and report Lacoste social and environmental sustainability’s commitments in the Americas Platform.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Contribute to timely and accurate data collection and analysis at the corporate and site level.
Aid in the maintenance of our centralized CSR data collection files.
Investigate, develop, report and present findings on specific CSR Topics to anticipate challenges / obstacles our business could face as the sustainability Global policy landscape evolves.
Develop document briefs as assigned to help communicate target CSR efforts, results and expectations.
To be responsible of administrating and organizing all projects related to CSR.
Skills Requirements :
Ability to internalize assignment targets, develop work plan, escalate questions and seek clarification when needed from management.
Ability to work independently to complete deep-dive online research as well as 1 : 1 conversation with supplier contacts and Lacoste at multiple levels of the company.
Liaise with clients / stakeholders to identify, define, refine and redefine requirements, scope and objectives.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Good note-taking skills.
Strong communication skills.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business Administration, Research Analysis, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
2 years of experience in project management.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Advanced Excel and Power Point knowledge.
