In our STEM Aspire Program, you will have the opportunity to have mentoring sessions with members of our team who will share best practices with you according to your interests, needs and career goals, as well as participate in activities where you will exchange experiences with other program participants.
The mentoring sessions take place completely online and will last approximately 6 months. Sessions can be accommodated according to the schedules of participants and mentors throughout the duration of the program.

STEM Aspire is not a job opportunity and does not require your full-time dedication. But it is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge, networking and technical skills.
We are aiming to find female talent in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) who are willing to challenge themselves to grow.
In our program for 6 months you’ll have the opportunity to have 1x1 session with mentors from our team who will be sharing with you best practices taking in considerations your interest and needs, you’ll attend to team activities where you are going to meet new colleagues and exchange experiences.
