Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
To ensure development, facilitate and lead successful operations of Franchise Business model and secure continuously Improvement of Franchise solutions for all type of accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
To execute and constantly improve E2E Franchise Business Model
To manage the Franchise collaborations by coordinating all involved functions
To identify Franchising opportunities and partners jointly with Sales Management
To operate and manage all day-to-day tasks related to the Franchise business and collaborations
To provide Franchising business cases and drive the decision process
To assess and advise how to improve performance of Franchising business model
To staff most suitable persons for direct and indirect report positions in alignment with Sales Management
To develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
To ensure smooth cooperation along all interfaces
To measure progress on own KPIs
To track and drive franchise stores KPIs
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Experienced in job and fully qualified / trained
Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
5 Years experience
