PMO Manager is responsible to support the management of the project or program to deliver on the project or program results and outcome.

The PMO Manager will use the governance, processes, practices, and tools established by the organization and provides administrative support for the delivery of the project or program work within its domain.

You are responsible for

Provides a consultative role to projects and or programs by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects

Ensure application of project management methodology, best practices and standards in projects

Monitors the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk

Provides project / program management with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions

Monitors compliance to project management standards, policies, procedures and templates

Lead and manage changes to scope, cost and time through integrated change control process

Perform consolidated risk reporting to the program leadership and escalate risks which require management attention

Responsible to create overall program communication standards for projects to follow

Track program and project cost spend and create forecast reports to manage cost

Validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Operations, or business-related subject required, Master's degree, or equivalent.

Has >

5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in PMO support of a large program

Be proficient in structuring complex tasks and coordination of complex processes

Good influencing and relationship building skills

Change management skills

Good process and data analytical skills

Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively

PMP certificate (or equivalent) is preferred

Knowledge of PMBOK standard (preferred)

Experience in Lean tools (preferred)

Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
