Your responsibilities are (not limited to) :

  • To processes group reservations by mail, telephone, chat (web / app) or central reservation systems referrals such as CRM
  • Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
  • Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans. Your supervisor will inform you this.
  • Communicates reservation information to the front desk if its needed.
  • Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk if its needed.
  • Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
  • Ask to the Locations Support team or Location staff to processes advance deposits on reservations.
  • Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
  • Monitors advances deposit requirements.
  • Makes sure that files you use are kept up to date.
  • Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
  • Making arrangements for clients travel programs.
  • Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservations.
  • To be aware of all front office procedures.
  • Handover to locations all the Group Bookings and follow-up till checkout.
  • Requirements (language, years of experience, area of experience, specific knowledge)

  • 2 years of experience in managing roles in customer service, support and sales
  • Excellent attention to small details
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English and Spanish advanced
  • Night Shift
