We are currently seeking a Endpoint / Mobility Engineer to join our team in Panama City, Panamá (PA-8), Panama (PA).
The goal of NTT DATA Services Workplace Advisory team is to foster an innovation culture, to develop and operationalize modern device management solutions that enable a variety of teams and processes to realize the goal of newer device management paradigms such as user self-provisioning.
As the volume of demand for such solutions exponentially grows, we need a strong and experienced Modern Endpoint Engineer to design and deploy platforms and solutions in diverse client environments.
The Modern Endpoint engineer will :
Work closely with NTT Data Services Advisory Architects and other NTT Data Service delivery teams on customer facing transformation and transition initiatives, service improvement programs, end-user technology product evaluations, capability development and other programs and initiatives to support NTT Data Service customers and delivery teams.
Work as a force multiplier; able to deliver impactful results and deliverables to the effectiveness of other global delivery teams.
Responsible for delivering and evolving the support of enterprise modern device management solutions and associated ecosystems of technologies.
Develop processes utilized to manage operations and generate technical standards
The position is 100% remote. All candidates must be based in Panama already.
Role and Responsibilities
Participate in the design, development and evolution of enterprise class modern endpoint platforms and associated technology solutions in support of multi-client environments.
Participate in architectural generation and analysis to develop modern endpoint tools and technology ecosystem in support of client’s multi-vendor service integration and management solutions.
Participate in multiple internal departments in building and delivering endpoint management solutions.
Participate in proof of Concepts and Pilots to demo new ideas and help solidify technical direction as it relates to end-to-end device management solutions and platforms.
Participate in the assessment of business requirements; collection, identification and approval of technical specifications;
and the subsequent development of technology solutions for modern endpoint solutions.
Participate in the integration of modern endpoint technologies and end-user automation solutions with other software platforms throughout the organization.
Assist with development of documentation for current and new modern endpoint solutions best practices, policies, and procedures for system installation, deployment, and steady state operation.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to various stakeholder groups on modern endpoint platforms and solutions technologies.
Work together with project managers, architects, engineers, operations, support, administrators, and clients to deliver modern endpoint solutions projects on time and in budget.
Participate in driving service and solution development activities that improve the value proposition for the Technical Advisory practice.
Provide input into 3rd party vendor management programs and funding negotiations related to the Technical Advisory practice service line.
Provide inputs into strategic planning, forecast, and market competitive research analysis for modern endpoint and automation offerings and solutions.
Manage the process for consolidating multiple demand inputs, prioritization in collaboration with identified key stakeholders and communication of ongoing initiatives for integration, service management and enterprise tools.
Analyzes the overall performance of the created solutions and service offerings, evaluates performance and service improvement opportunities.
Promotes existing and new solutions and service offerings to internal groups, partners and clients in collaboration with training, enablement and marketing support.
Provides reporting to leadership team on specific metrics that drive new service offerings and solutions desired behavior and value.
Keeps abreast of new technologies and products emerging in the modern endpoint management industry, enterprise tools and service management service areas.
Can refine the definition of and validate new features leading to new service development, including understanding of what a complete solution comprises, ecosystem and partner dependencies, and use cases, as required.
Participates in establishing and maintaining practice architecture standards and supporting processes.
3+ years demonstrated gradual experience in designing, building and maintaining enterprise device management platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM / INTUNE,) KACE and other EPM / EDR solutions.
1+ years of POC and / or production experience with MS Autopilot / Workspace One provisioning of Windows 10 and Mac OS devices stemming to and from managing devices via co-management to pure Azure AD joined and cloud-only administration of Windows 10 devices.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business, system analysis and development of solid service management and integration solutions required.
Previous experience in a client support / infrastructure support function, including call center / IT Help Desk management experience.
Experience with infrastructure management practices, processes, and procedures, including strong engineering and technical administrative / support experience with Enterprise Service Management platforms (e.
g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
Experience with supporting / managing / working and developing solutions on device management and application platform technologies such as Intune, M365, MS PowerApps suite
Advanced knowledge in one or multiple technologies as follows : Microsoft Azure and / or AWS cloud architecture and implementation Device security principles such as MS ATP, Azure AIP and Conditional Access Virtual Desktop (VDI) design, setup and management experience MEM, SCCM, Workspace One design and management Service oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise (web services, data access and persistence, client / server, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection along with other device security principles and administration experience is a plus.
Understanding of the impacts of emerging business and technology trends as they relate to infrastructure management services and their implications for potential clients.

Certification / Education Preferences
ITIL Foundation Certified, and ITIL Service Operations Certified. ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy or Service Design represents an advantage.
Industry recognized technical certification(s) in one or more integration, service management areas or enterprise tools areas, toolset specific such as from vendors (e.
g., BMC, ServiceNow, Microsoft) or general such as : PMI, IASSC.
