We are looking for an In-Store Executive for our Travel Retail Americas organization to guarantee the
excellence on the point of sale promotions by adapting in-store HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail Americas channel.
Functions and Responsibilities :
Temporary fixture project execution : design, coordination with brands & suppliers, materials
approval, installation & maintenance
Understanding of the brands expectations and transmission to the team
Planograms & visual calendar, adapting brand guidelines and working closely with the Field
Supervisors to follow up the execution.
Control of budget for permanent expenses and In-store tracking documents
2 years of experience in similar role, industry, or project management. .
Project management / Negotiation skills and related software knowledge (Excel, PPT)
Aesthetic sensibility and related design software knowledge (Photoshop, Autocad, Sketchup)
Retail knowledge (glossary, Corp VS Launch / Perm VS temp / KPI’s)
Territory knowledge (suppliers, materials availability, customs & logistics restrictions)
Business knowledge (Retailers, brand rankings, TR consumers)
Soft Skill : Knowledge of design software
Education : Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design are required.
Languages : Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish. French is a highly appreciated.

Attention to detail, and proven technical skills
Strong communication and management skills
