Job Description
Main purpose is to collate, analyze data and develop business reports and systems related to SCM performance, Financial and volumetric data sets (for Internal and external use) for Liberty Latin AMerica Opcos.
Provide specific input into supply chain reporting activities used to drive cost efficiency and improvement initiatives in addition to provide business intelligence for Liberty Latin America Opcos.
Data validation with the respective country teams and external service vendors
Identifying data sources, trasnforming it in an standar database
Data mining, cleansing and enrichment
Setup the frame to collect and manage the required data leveraging experience and available solution within the Group
Work closely with other functions to enable delivery of supply chain initiatives
Working closely with the functional stakeholders to define performance metrics and targets
Perform in-depth analytics on supply chain performance focusing on descriptive, prescriptive & predictive to drive improvement in operational excellence, financial metrics and external vendors’ performance
Responsible in creating on-time and accurate the standard & ad-hoc based reports based on reporting calendar
Responsible to deliver Performance report accurately and on-time
Responsable for administration of master data and security of planning tool
University degree (Master level) is a pre, with core foundation in (and / or) : IT Systems ManagementSupply Chain ManagementStatistics and applied MathematicsBusiness Administration
3 to 5 years’ relevant professional experience (in Multi-country organization preferred
Relevant hands-on experience in database
SQL coding and knowledge on SQL database is a plus(intermediate level
Knowledge of Tableau is a must
Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must (expert level)
Working knowledge in analytical platform : Pentaho
Knowledge of any BI tool is an added plus
SCM knowledge is desired
Fluent in English (Written & verbal) is a must
