Expand your communications career at Tetra Pak in this dynamic, broad-reaching role. To deliver on our strategic goals, we are seeking a Communications Manager to help further Tetra Pak’s brand and reputation in C&C.

In this position, you will work across functions with colleagues from communications, sales, marketing and other areas to develop, implement and drive Tetra Pak’s communication strategy in C&C.

You will report to the communications director LatAm and you will be based in C&C.

We are looking for an energetic candidate with a passion for learning and a drive for results. In this role, you will work across a variety of communications disciplines and subject areas and communicate regularly with a wide range of audiences, including Tetra Pak employees, key opinion leaders in the food and beverage industry, CPG marketers and consumers.

  • You should be familiar with the latest communications tools, channels and methods and be able to demonstrate success in using these to enhance brand and reputation.
  • Main Responsibilities :

  • In partnership with the communications director, develop comprehensive communications strategy, plan and budget for Tetra Pak C&C.
  • Drive implementation of communications activities across four areas : Public relations and public affairs media relations, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility initiatives, press event planning and execution, presentation material development, thought leadership activities, industry association coordination, education campaigns;
  • Brand communications support marketing communications in trade shows, customer events and brand contents for social and other digital media.;
  • Internal communications internal news development and distribution, intranet optimization, leadership message development, town hall meeting planning and execution, internal event planning and execution.
  • Also support the Managing Director’s activities with the internal audiences.

  • Work with agencies to develop plans and materials in alignment with established communications strategy.
  • Liaise with cluster and global communications professionals in implementation of communications activities.
  • Ensure consistent, coordinated approach to communications activities in the region in alignment with agreed cluster communications strategy, priorities and guidelines.
  • Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of successful communications projects and activities.
  • Familiarity with digital communications tools, methods and trends.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; experience managing websites and familiarity with HTML preferred.
  • You should be : A highly-driven and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Quick to establish good working relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Able to navigate and influence a multi-cultural and global organization and have the mindset to constantly challenge and disrupt the status quo.
  • Able to synthesize large amounts of information and craft succinct, relevant, and impactful messages.
  • Able to speak and write in English with proficiency.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; experience managing websites and familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or other photo / design software preferred.
  • Able to travel about 15% of the time.
