THE OPPORTUNITY :
CAR Pricing Team Lead will be responsible for supporting CAR Pricing Team with the execution of market strategies, making decisions on short-term market and pricing strategy, including prioritization of customers, verticals & markets for optimal profitability.
Set day to day workload for pricing based on data & tools available, provide forecasting for decision making and manage performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Control & Supervise Pricing strategy for CAR Area.
Create and manage pricing guidelines and processes
Evaluates Market Intelligence to set short-term pricing providing feedback to Product and Procurement
Stablish the flow of the process and interaction with relevant stakeholders
Ensure market rates are timely available in all tools and rate sheets.
Optimize SLA compliance.
Makes independent analysis and pricing suggestions.
Continuously optimize the pricing and quotation process and standardize it across CAR geographies.
Model quantitative pricing scenarios and options, identifying recommendations for Sales teams to improve conversion
In collaboration with the implementation team, define likely implementation strategies, timelines and cost estimates.
Coordinate across products and functions to ensure full solution can be presented to support the client pitch
Strategic analytical & modelling capability, ability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions

We expect you also have :
University Degree in Logistics Operations or related.
Minimum +5 years’ experience in logistics including international supply chain management.
Advanced English level.
This position could be based in Panama or Colombia.
