The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a critical role in expanding our user base by bringing aboard potential teams, research labs, and companies.

You'll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities.

You'll be working directly with our account executives to :

  • Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to new and existing users, to identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
  • Prospect and source leads through various channels such as emails, social media, and other developer networks
  • Improve our CRM database by researching and logging intelligence / information of key leads and account
  • Analyze sales data and recommend new outreach strategies
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound communications and demos
  • Become a Datature Ninja (oops, we meant 'expert') to run platform demos and communicate succinctly about product value.
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and variable compensation based on lead conversion and pipeline generation and quota attainment.
  • Ideal Profile

  • You have 1-3 years of relevant experience in SaaS or B2B Technology Product Sales
  • You have previously demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline.
  • You possess strong written / oral communication fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
  • You have prior experience with CRM and relevant software such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • You possess the ability to conduct background research of leads and account use cases to provide highly impactful sales pitches.
  • You can provide clear, factful reports of monthly progress and communicate needs to the team for improving own performance.
