We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a critical role in expanding our user base by bringing aboard potential teams, research labs, and companies.
You'll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities.
You'll be working directly with our account executives to :
Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to new and existing users, to identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
Prospect and source leads through various channels such as emails, social media, and other developer networks
Improve our CRM database by researching and logging intelligence / information of key leads and account
Analyze sales data and recommend new outreach strategies
Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound communications and demos
Become a Datature Ninja (oops, we meant 'expert') to run platform demos and communicate succinctly about product value.
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and variable compensation based on lead conversion and pipeline generation and quota attainment.
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience in SaaS or B2B Technology Product Sales
You have previously demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline.
You possess strong written / oral communication fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
You have prior experience with CRM and relevant software such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
You possess the ability to conduct background research of leads and account use cases to provide highly impactful sales pitches.
You can provide clear, factful reports of monthly progress and communicate needs to the team for improving own performance.
