Responsible to handle customer claims, maximizes opportunities and efficiencies to ensure claims are processed to meet claimants’ expectations within reasonable delivery time frames
Acts as point of contact / support to team members and customers
Registering all potential claims and handing over quantified claims to global claims.
Evaluating claims as per local jurisdiction and assisting global claims in this regard. And also assisting with the translation of the claim documents if required by local authorities.
Handing over court-cases to central claim desk
Appointing and organizing survey inspections, evaluating them with the global claim.
Obtaining data-logger downloads and evaluating them if necessary
Intervening in incidents with potential risks
Conduct claims training to the new joiners and conduct refreshers to the existing employees
Provide scheduled / ad-hoc claim reports to internal stakeholders (status, aging)
