Responsible to handle customer claims, maximizes opportunities and efficiencies to ensure claims are processed to meet claimants’ expectations within reasonable delivery time frames

Job Description

  • Acts as point of contact / support to team members and customers
  • Registering all potential claims and handing over quantified claims to global claims.
  • Evaluating claims as per local jurisdiction and assisting global claims in this regard. And also assisting with the translation of the claim documents if required by local authorities.
  • Handing over court-cases to central claim desk
  • Appointing and organizing survey inspections, evaluating them with the global claim.
  • Obtaining data-logger downloads and evaluating them if necessary
  • Intervening in incidents with potential risks
  • Conduct claims training to the new joiners and conduct refreshers to the existing employees
  • Provide scheduled / ad-hoc claim reports to internal stakeholders (status, aging)
