In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

Supports financial strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions

You are responsible for

  • Actively support Business Integrator to identify improvement opportunities by analyzing business performance and market variable
  • Keeps track of follow ups regarding performance and strategy meetings.
  • Provide guidance to financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP&A related matters
  • Executes FP&A operational processes, and participates in various improvement projects
  • Supports execution of financial planning by preparing and supporting performance and strategy meetings of relevant stakeholders
  • Participates in the target setting process for business by developing and reviewing cost guidance and financial targets
  • Assists Business Integrators to develop business projections by integrating historical data and market specific information - AOP, RoFo, business case, cash flows, strategic planning, forecasting, etc.
  • You are a part of

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Business Economics, Finance and / or Accounting orientated study

    5 years of working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses

    Advanced technical skills in Excel, SAP and reporting & analytical tools

    Ability to influence external & internal counterparts and partners

    LEAN Capability, strong analytical and communication skills.
