Support developing benefits communication campaign
Support analyzing Salary surveys in the region
Support managing the Benefits Portal content
You are a part of
In Rewards we manage all Compensation & Benefits related topics for LATAM. We are responsible for developing policies, approve promotions and prepare KPIs for business improvement on Rewards related topics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Eager to learn and develop within Rewards / HR function
Good analytical and communication skills
Advanced MC Office ( Excel is a must ).
