What the role is
Lead Regional HR operations and ensure the HR department operates efficiently and in compliance with Global procedures.
What you will be doing
Support Hiring Managers and requisitions through JobviteCoordinate Internal Transfers / Promotions Follow-up open requisitions
Assure the info of the new hire is shared with the correct people (payroll, HRIS, etc.)Follow up signed contracts
Ensure Employees Onboarding
Corporate and Location Bonus processEmployee Benefits Review
Probation Period Evaluation PIP
Ensure all employee master data is up-to-date and recorded in corresponding systems.
Ensure all terminations are appropriately documented and supported according to the official HR templates and guides
Follow up Labor CasesEnsure implementation of the Global Mandatory Policies Provide support and follow up to foreign employees with foreign working visas.
Interns : Ensure compliance with Internship guidelines
New Locations (Hotels) HR Operation Set-Up
Business Partner strategies (i.e. : Payroll Cost, HC Budget, Turnover, Location Revenue, BEI, etc.). It could vary Country by Country.
