What the role is Selina is looking for a strong Head of Revenue Management for Latam with at least 6 years’ experience to lead pricing and Revenue Management strategy in our portfolio in Latam.

Selina s current portfolio in Latam consists of almost 50 properties across the whole continent with Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama and Peru being our biggest markets.

What you will need Strong leadership with ability to influence both, horizontally and vertically Strong communication skills Strategic mindset Team player with ability skilled in managing highly qualified teams Revenue optimization through created revenue Strategies (pricing, yielding, forecast, inventory and channel management).

Strong analytics profile and understanding. Ability to anticipate demand changes and economic cycles Required experience Minimum of 6 years experience in the Revenue Management discipline for a hotel company.

Out of the minimum 6 years experience, at least 3 must have been managing a team of Revenue Managers on a regional or country scale.
