Summary Performs a broad spectrum of duties with varied and complex responsibilities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, independent judgment, and initiative.

Responsible for supporting Employee Relations function throughout the organization, with a primary focus on investigating mid-level Employee Relations concerns, and acts a resource to Employee Experience and Management for Employee Relations.

Key responsibilities · Investigates mid-level Employee Relations concerns received through site EE, leadership, or employee ethics hotline within assigned regions or locations, including, but not limited to sexual harassment, discrimination, wage & hour, retaliation, etc.

  • Effectively documents and provides timely investigation summaries for all completed investigations. · Conducts employee relations risk assessments and provides actionable feedback.
  • Communicates regularly with ER and EE leadership regarding pending investigations. · Partners with field Employee Experience Regional Managers / Directors to provide counsel and facilitate prompt and effective resolution of workplace conflict to address issues for employees and managers in a manner consistent with Alorica’s policies.
  • Regularly communicates Employee Relations activity updates and trends to Employee Relations Leadership and makes recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Partner with legal in conducting investigations, researching policies / practices, creating and gathering appropriate documentation, and making recommendations.
  • Qualifications & Requirements Education & experience · Min 3 years experience in general Employee Experience, 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations and Investigations are required.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience · Advanced English · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills required.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong working knowledge of human resource employment law, specifically pertaining to workers' compensation, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and unemployment law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills and experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer experience and financial objectives.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Full schedule availability. Location : WAH.
