Overview

As a member of the IT Infrastructure Services team, you can hit the ground running with both technical and functional knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and additional experience for most user facing M365 services.

You will have a proven track record in delivering and supporting SharePoint Sites and Power Platform related features.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint and Power Platform (mostly Automate and some Apps) including administration, design, configuration, and deploymentCreate SharePoint sites (including custom html / css)Migrating existing legacy sites to Unified Group's based SharePoint sitesCreating Forms and AutomationsManaging collection of existing SharePoint sites
  • 70% of time will be spent on SharePoint, another 15% on Power Platform, 15% on various other M365 technologies.

    Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging M365 and related core technologies; stay up to date and well-in-the-know regarding M365 updates and roadmap

    Be comfortable discussing all aspects and features of M365 which may include issue identification and technical support

    Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical business and executive leaders

    Qualifications

  • A subject matter expert for SharePoint Online Administration, configuration, and web content creation.
  • Strong knowledge most built-in web parts and how to customize them.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint security architecture
  • Proficiency with HTML / CSS for custom SharePoint Site Pages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Lists
  • Understanding of integrating SharePoint with OneDrive
  • Strong Power Automate experience
  • PowerShell experience or ability to learn is required
  • Microsoft Forms experience a plus
  • Power BI experience a plus
  • Able to quickly research, absorb and master new information in a fast pace environment
  • Able to multi-task efficiently between multiple work streams, rapidly adapt and remain focused
  • Willing and able to provide technical and / or functional support for M365 issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong team player
  • 4+ years of relevant IT industry experience in an enterprise environment
  • 4+ years of SharePoint experience
  • 2+ years of Power Platform Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information System or equivalent job experience
