Are you looking for an opportunity to provide timey reconciliation of logistics claims for all retail and wholesale customers while ensuring all GSK compliance and audit standards are met?

As Logistics and Production Planning Staff you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer logistics claims for accuracy and compliance.

You will also provide updates on all claims and deductions to internal and external stakeholders.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :

  • Issue Debit / Credit memos for United States and Puerto Rico claims according to SOX compliance and audit requirements
  • Utilize available resources to research, validate, credit, and reconcile receivable claims and deductions taken by retail and wholesale customers
  • Issue debits for all military bases and credits for the distributors for each call period
  • Obtain supporting documentation from customer or carrier via web portals or other means
  • Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Utilize both standard and ad hoc reports to obtain and provide relevant reports to stakeholders
  • Identify trends and root cause analysis with the goal to reduce and prevent reoccurrence
  • Understand key vendor agreements to ensure appropriate handling of deduction issues
  • Provide updates to stakeholders regarding deduction issues, coordinating with the Sales team, customers and financial services team
  • Assure adherence to all Corporate and government guidelines
  • Provide internal and external auditor support, maintaining GSK’s values of integrity and transparency

  • Associates degree in Accounting or Business
  • 2+ years’ experience in reconciliation
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP
