You are responsible for

  • Lead Management initially for the markets Brazil and Colombia :
  • Review incoming Marketing Qualified Leads in Salesforce, pre-qualify and assign to the right account manager
  • Call prospects to verify their needs and potential according to pre-defined criteria and convert lead to opportunity or close
  • Calls to Installed Base customers to qualify for upsell and cross-sell potential
  • Outbound calls to interesting (competitor) accounts to generate leads and opportunities
  • Maintain and updating prospect and customer information in SFDC
  • Gain account intelligence for new / existing accounts including current equipment, number of units, decision maker and future plans and update information in SFDC
  • Maintain and increases technical product information and application knowledge for selected product modalities
  • Create and follow campaign scripts or call guides with enthusiasm, and modify scripts as needed
  • Incorporate Lean Thinking to generate and assist in continuous improvement projects
  • Create reports and analyses and present results to different stakeholders
  • Additional duties as required

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following knowledge, skills education and experience :

  • Bachelor s degree (preferably in Marketing or Sales) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in lead management, marketing or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very strong phone presence for outbound calling
  • Ability to apply persuasive selling skills via telephone to address customer needs
  • Native Spanish (for calls) and very good Portuguese
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Ideally knowledge of medical device industry
