    To further support the SMRT BU Mobile Crusher to drive profitable business development and capture market share, we are now looking for a Sales Territory Manager of the AMERICAS team.

    Key performance areas

    Your mission To lead the development and implementation of distributor-based sales growth of our Equipment and Aftermarket business within the AMERICAS.

  • In this position, you plan and implement strategies to drive sale and profitability in the territory and ensure it’s aligned with Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology’s overall strategies and directives.
  • Responsible for the profit and loss, and balance sheet items related to the sales territory, and you actively drive the business forward through well-defined actions.
  • Another important part of your mission is to introduce new and updated approaches based on digitalization, and to guide the organization towards a modern and efficient way of doing business.
  • Lead your team with a coaching and supporting culture, based on involvement, clear communication and energy driven performance.
  • Build and develop an agile organization, working in close relation to our distributors, and with the capacity to develop the territory and its business, ensuring synergies and efficiency also with the other sales territories.
  • Ensure that the resources and capabilities are for fit for future needs and you engage in growing talents and securing efficient succession planning.
  • As the Sales Territory Manager, you report to the Vice President Sales Director and international travel is a natural part of your job, but it is expected that the base location would be within the North American region.

    Your profile

    We are looking for someone with a sales background in construction or mining, with an entrepreneurial business professional, and with the ability to build and develop the business based on solid relationships and a motivated organization.

    You have previously acted in a similar role as this one and you have a genuine understanding of the business. You are a driven business leader with the ability to challenge.
