Mission : Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his / her business unit / department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his / her supervisor, so that his / her work will enhance decision-making processes and processes involving the project’s execution and provide the internal client with added value through his / her professional performance.

  • They are responsible for the organisation’s external communication. The duties include : maintaining a positive relationship with clients, shareholders, investors, government and other regulatory agents;
  • representing the company as a point of contact between the organisation, the government and the leaders of the community;
  • identifying, gathering and sharing information and knowledge about the business, as well as employee’s knowledge and change management.
