An internship at the Travel Department is a fun and different experience! The Travel Intern will get to coordinate firsthand all the behind the scenes and logistics involved to move Selina nomad staff around the globe.

We need dynamic people, with tons of energy with new and innovative ideas that will make a difference in our team.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

  • To learn what takes to monitor, process and close Travel Desk tickets in Selina Compass platform.
  • To prepare monthly travel reports.
  • Upload daily supporting documents to Travel Drive.
  • Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to) :

  • Along Travel Coordinator, monitor, process and close Travel Desk tickets in Selina Compass platform.
  • Quote flight, hotel accommodations and car rental assigned by Travel Coordinator.
  • Request & follow up approval for flight / accommodation / change / extensions.
  • Register in travel report / database all the department daily transactions such as : Tickets, hotel accommodations, car rental, and additional baggage, etc.
  • Daily upload supporting documents to Travel Drive.
  • Provide support to Travel Manager and Travel Coordinators with any other task as needed.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Being currently enrolled or recently graduated from the university.
  • Software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Good vibes.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Great disposition.
  • Positive attitude.
  • This is a non paid internship (no monetary compensation is given)
  • Plane tickets and personal expenses should be covered by the intern.
  • It only takes to be :

  • Currently enrolled in the university
  • Able to provide a university letter confirming the internship period
  • Ready to learn and have fun but more importantly to immerse into a brand-new definition of Hospitality.
