Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related.
Previous experience (2 to 3 years) in an HR role; managing recruiting processes, employee support and participating in other HR processes.
Experience managing employee data and HR systems.
Comfortable with numerical data and spreadsheets (Intermediate Excel knowledge).
Labour law and payroll knowledge is desirable.
Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Ability to focus on many tasks and requests.
Build effective relationships across the business and the team.
Ability to use judgment, initiative and common sense to solve problems and find solutions.
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Selection
Ensure a first-class recruitment and selection process experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the internal recruitment and selection tools (Taleo, Linked In) and other relevant tools according to each country.
Conduct professional Performance / Strengths based interviews.
Coordinate the joining process of new employees complying with requirements according to each country, ensuring the right onboarding process is in place.
Coordinate the regional onboarding on a quarterly basis.
Control the time to fill KPI and pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement to be more efficient.
Performance & Development
Key User of the Performance and Development Management system, providing training to employees and managers.
Consolidate monthly reports and follow up.
Communicate and activate the different performance stages during the year according to internal calendar.
Manage the Training tool and promote the usage among employees.
Engagement & Communication
Support the correct implementation of the annual engagement survey application.
Participate on action planning workshops and follow up on relevant actions.
Manage internal communications (new employees, internal moves, birthdays and any other relevant communication).
Plan and execute any internal meeting or initiative that supports employee engagement such as : kick offs, wellness week and trainings.
Systems and Reporting
HR Key user for SAP, BI and other relevant HR Systems.
Ensure SAP is maintained, up to date and issues are identified and reported to relevant contacts.
Headcount (internal & external), organisation charts and databases updated monthly.
Manage and control the HR KPI s and master data information of the region.
Gather and consolidate relevant data and present it regularly to the management team.
Provide advice and respond to queries on all HR related topics.
Manage the administration of the starters and leavers processes including induction, employment contracts and references.
Coordinate with legal partners the migration and work permit process of employees when needed.
Provide support to employee relocations to ensure a right transition.
Update relevant HR policies and contracts when required.
Ensures that HR polices are communicated in timely manner and recorded compliantly.
Manage the local benefits ensuring correct application to employees.
Control vacations of all countries aligned with local law and internal process.
