What you’ll achieve As a Technical Discipline Lead, you will work with Professional, Managed and Field Services (PMFS) team members ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to deliver our products and solutions.

You will be responsible for messaging, collecting feedback and providing enablement support direct to team members. Proactively working with team leaders to help craft business needs and prepare team members for shifts in focus.

You will : Be responsible for the Americas Enablement of Professional, Managed and Field Services team members for all Storage Services offerings Collaborate with peers in other theatres and other product disciplines in the Americas to ensure consistent communication and to improve processes, tools, and training Represent readiness requirements of delivery and field services team members and leaders for New Product and Services Introductions Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create alternative business solutions that meet current and future environments Be a subject matter expert on business processes Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

  • Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements 7 to 10 years’ experience in the Professional Managed Field Services organization with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience with a Master’s degree or commensurate experience Robust understanding of internal business processes and systems capabilities Hands on Storage experience : PowerMax, PowerStore, Unity, XtremIO Ability to communicate at all levels of the business Desirable Requirements Dell Proven Certifications Here’s our story;
