Summary

The Campus Recruitment Intern will support the talent management initiatives for the company and assist in school partnership programs, explain the Selina Culture and share the experiences of the internship program.

As a Campus Talent Acquisition Rockstar, you will :

Strengthen onboarding process and content for interns

Communicate the internship program to schools

Assist the campus recruiters in the forecast of interns for locations and regions

Marketing vacancies via multiple platforms and social media

Work closely with Hiring Managers across the region to understand their needs, supporting them through the recruitment process and managing expectations

Conducting initial vetting and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers

It only takes to be :

Ideally prior experience related in the recruitment field

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office package

Demonstrated use of analytical problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage projects in a timely and thorough manner

Fluent in English and Spanish

A lot of desire to learn
