You are responsible for
You will be responsible to make sure the network and its related services are highly available. Partners are delivering as agreed.
Working with the technology team, you will make sure the new services are transitioned to operations seamlessly while appreciating the documentation and necessary hyper care
Leading service in operations while tracking it from strategy to deployment
Providing necessary inputs during the conceptual phase of the service / technology from an operations perspective
Lead on the creation, implementation, and monitoring of an effective Governance & quality assurance framework.
Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems by working with Partners
Effective communication and stakeholder management during sustenance and crisis
Act as technical operations expert with other team members, as well as with other worldwide teams
Work with partners by building simulated networks to resolve problems and compatibility issues, and perform an analysis of network designs
Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations that enhance performance and delivery
Keep up to date with the latest technology, to provide high-quality support in current and future network services
Continually improve the service for betterment, ease of operation, fulfilling the business need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
At least four years of an undergraduate degree with strong success in math, engineering or other relevant IT areas
8-10 Years of related experience in routing, switching, wireless, security
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification (or equivalent level) in one of the above technologies is highly preferred
Knowledge of software-defined network Software Defined Access, SDWAN is highly desirable
Flair and willingness to learn software skills and frameworks
Advanced English (written and spoken)
