The Opportunity This position assists in the development, direction and implementation of digital media and education focused activities for Canopy Growth and its brands in the Latin America region.

This person helps drive brand awareness and cannabis education amongst all stakeholders through various initiatives including, but not limited to, digital marketing, social media, education branded content, program execution.

Responsibilities Drive digital media and education activities in the Latin America region. Define digital landscape with a specific segmentation and channel role to ensure connection with consumer pathway.

Develop and optimize digital media strategies for brands working in collaboration with strategy, communications, and marketing leadership as well as partners in order to educate audiences about the company, its objectives, and the industry.

Translate brands and corporate communication strategy into actionable digital media and education plans including a regional focused social media plan, positioning and go-

to-market strategies that drives plans-of-action to educate the society about cannabis, grow market share, brand awareness and accelerate company growth Lead insight and research projects to bring greater understanding of LATAM digital trends / use and its relationship with cannabis to drive our education and communication efforts Define coverage, usage and social media spend guide to assure correct exposure in each digital channel Develop Channels Playbooks to ensure consistency with all digital agencies Set a continues content source between brands, partners and stakeholders Take a consumer-

first approach to leading all marketing communications. Work collaboratively with the broader Canopy Growth Corporation Marketing Team and Agency Partners to develop award-

winning work : breakthrough creative, educational and innovative media campaigns Build strategic relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, influencers, agencies and vendors Ensure that brand and corporate guidelines and standards are followed and maintained at all times Define KPI’s to evaluate and achieve success in all digital channels and education platforms Develop and scope team projects that map to critical business goals Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer markets, competitors and partners to recognize challenges and opportunities Contribute with regional insights to the ongoing development of our global brand strategies As required : Hire, coach and develop a team, ensuring their work is consistent, sound and adding value to the organization.

  • Manage their personal and functional development to meet future demands of the Marketing team. Experience 7+ years of marketing / digital media experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in leading education focused campaigns A self-starting leader who is motivated by individual and team success;
  • Ability to think conceptually and analytically at the same time Capable of managing complex programs for multiple products;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment; Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Portuguese is a plus; Communicate across multiple channels effectively; In-depth knowledge of market intelligence tools;
  • Strong knowledge of digital media tools and trends; Experience using Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Travel within Latin America and to Canada as required Experience operating in different regulatory environments;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload;
