The On Premise Intern is responsible for supporting the information and tools management used globally and within the region to continuously improve analysis, insight generation and efficiency.

The On Premise Intern implements and ensures structures and processes to guarantee a high level of information accuracy and accessibility as well as continuous sharing within and between countries and regions.

    Document and centralize all aspects of On Premise budgets planned and actuals free goods, contribution fee, trade marketing, contracts, indirect expenses, etc.

    Track and verify all aspects of On Premise activities planned and achieved Appointments, Visits, Night Visits, Listings, Exclusivity, Contacts, Hi5 actions, Bar Games, Trial, Events, Trainings, Coaching days, etc.

    Document, classify and cross check sales volumes for full On Premise universe.

    Generate the summaries and relevant insights of data and information tracked across each level of On Premise business.

    Shares and updates countries and region with highlights, best practices, and general information to maintain and / or improve efficiency and impact.

    Manages the implementation, usage and maintenance of regional and global tools ensuring a healthy level of standardization and optimum efficiency (eg.

    Bull Checker, Business Intelligence reporting, On Premise Planning Tool, BP Tool, Musketeer Interaction Base, Collaboration Page / Space, Volume files, research data, etc.).

    Centralize the tracking and sharing of key KPI’s to ensure ease of use and understanding between countries and across departments.

    Coordinates between countries and LATAM and HQ all visits, trainings and meetings.

    Manage the POS tracking across countries at each level (warehouse inventory, ordered but not received, and planned order).

    Your experience includes : proven performance in)

    University student in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar.

    High ability with Excel sheets and numbers analysis.
