The Executive Assistant is a support-level role that provides administrative assistance to the Regional Communications Vice-president.
This role also serves as a liaison with internal teams within department and external within the organization with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, managing complex calendars, setting up meetings, processing expense reports, reviewing invoices, onboarding new vendors, booking travel arrangements, creating / editing documents and reports, managing technology, case management systems and document management.
