Sales Operations Analyst Panama & Caribbean
Responsible for supporting sales information needs across all segments and channels in Panama and Caribbean cluster. The role is expected to collect, analyze, report and deliver sales data with the objective of maximizing sales productivity;
He / She will also analyze internal and external factors that can impact fulfillment of plans and objectives in the region
What are we looking for?
University diploma / college degree in engineering, statistics, operations, business, marketing or related
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, planning or operations
Advanced English (oral and written)
Solid organization and planning skills. Results oriented.
Strong aptitude for numbers and analysis
What would be your key responsibilities?
Leverage raw data into actionable insights. Assemble standardized and customized analysis / reports / presentations from multiple data sources (Sell-In, Distributor Sales, Customer POS, Retail Execution, etc.
that yield insights and support the development of customer / territory solutions.
Ensure visibility of Sell Out and Inventory Levels from key distributors in the cluster. Provide analysis to identify trends and insights within sales data to aid in strategic decisions.
Develop templates and tools for sales team to facilitate business reviews and forecasting process.
Develop and maintain retail execution tools, reports and processes to ensure quality of instore execution development.
Seek ways to deliver continuous improvement in the process to deliver data that leads to action, prevents issues and advances decision making
