What's the role?

We are looking for a new member for our Human Resources team that is a motivated, passionate person with a desire to develop his / her career professionally.

Someone who had a strong previous experience in Payroll , Compensations and benefits with the objective to add value to the area.

What does the role involve?

As a Regional Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Specialist , you can mainly carry out the form for both expatriates and our local team members, additionally you can also develop functions within the area of compensation and benefits such as the development of salary market analysis and base on this data make proposals for our internal structures and update the information in the period that is necessary.

You will also be able to update or current internal policies within the area giving support to our external provider, while adding new ideas based in your previous experience or letting your creativity impact our business.

In addition to these functions you will have the opportunity to develop special projects in relation to the benefits that will give you exposure to our Regional and Global managers.

What you need is :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in handling local and expatriate payroll.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits and implementing projects within the area
  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Administration or or similar studies.
  • MBA (Preferable)
  • Advanced English. Portuguese is preferable
  • Mobility : Availability to travel around Latam.
  • Willing to have a regional and global exposure with our Headquarter in Liechtenshtein (next to Switzerland)
  • Desire and tirst to develop your profesional career within the area
