Generate accelerated growth in terms of volume and profitability, focus on building solid and professional relationships with KN most win accounts.
Deliver the growth target assigned by the local management in terms of volumes, visits, opportunities, among others.
Prepares client presentations and proposals / pricing
Plan and coordinate client visits
Responds to customer inquiries and liaises with Operations, Customer Service and Finance
Management of CRM system
Coordinates on-boarding of new customers with other departments
Organizes and coordinates customer events
Identify and prospect new customers (internal and external data Base analysis)
Promote Customer Solutions to support
Accomplish with the guidelines established in the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Guide and Zero Tolerance Policy
Implement all QSHE policies & guidelines
Ensure all business processes to be followed as per KN systems / guidelines and working instructions
Strictly adhere to all QSHE directives (incl. Code of Conduct, Ethical Behavior, FCPA etc.)
