Your Role

Generate accelerated growth in terms of volume and profitability, focus on building solid and professional relationships with KN most win accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver the growth target assigned by the local management in terms of volumes, visits, opportunities, among others.
  • Prepares client presentations and proposals / pricing
  • Plan and coordinate client visits
  • Responds to customer inquiries and liaises with Operations, Customer Service and Finance
  • Management of CRM system
  • Coordinates on-boarding of new customers with other departments
  • Organizes and coordinates customer events
  • Identify and prospect new customers (internal and external data Base analysis)
  • Promote Customer Solutions to support
  • Accomplish with the guidelines established in the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Guide and Zero Tolerance Policy
  • QSHE

  • Implement all QSHE policies & guidelines
  • Ensure all business processes to be followed as per KN systems / guidelines and working instructions
  • Strictly adhere to all QSHE directives (incl. Code of Conduct, Ethical Behavior, FCPA etc.)
  • Your Skills and Experiences

  • Sales or related Areas
  • Sea Logistics experience is mandatory
  • Intermediate English
