What you’ll achieve The role will be expected to work in a positive and collaborative fashion with team members, senior engineering / architect staff, vendors, and customers.

Plans, directs, and coordinates the organizational / technical activities required for delivery of the services to ensure technical solution meets contracts specifications.

Builds in-depth knowledge of clients' priorities, challenges and initiatives and become a trusted advisor. As a Service Delivery Senior Manager you will assist with process maturation, development, technical standards creation, and drive operational excellence through consistent delivery and best practices.

This role will also include the core fundamentals of day-to-day operations, based off the ITIL v3 methodology You will : Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement.

Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.

  • Targets opportunities for growth within the customer environment and expected to assist the sales organization in selling services Creates metrics, measurements, and tools to drive operational improvements Responsible for training, career development / planning, performance and pay discussions of team members Essential Requirements Solid experience in People Management in Managed Services Organization, focused in people development Solid experience in Managed Services organization with subject matter expertise in multiple area such as Converged / Hyper converged Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform and Infrastructure management Strong expertise in various Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP and Private clouds with demonstrable examples of security architecture frameworks, standards and secure process design Experience in SRE and DevOps practices would be added advantage Desirable Requirements VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred EMCSA, EMCTA Storage Certifications preferred ITIL v3 Foundation & Scrum Master certification preferred Here’s our story;
