Associate Manager – B2B and Mobile Products Research and Insights

What's the role :

The Associate Manager - B2B and Mobile Product Reseach and Insights will provide LLA with the mobile and B2B product research and insights based on an analysis of global best practices from across the mobile and B2B telecommunication industry.

Identify technology innovation and consumer trends and behaviors that can be leveraged in development of a compelling portfolio of mobile and B2B products.

What you'll do :

  • Provide customer insight from across LLA’s operating footprint and globally that identifies trends and behaviors that can be leveraged in the design and development of innovative new mobile and B2B products that meet the strategic objective of the company
  • Gather competitor intelligence, assess potential impact and recommend tactical changes in product development plans to counter competitor activities
  • Establish best practices from across the telecommunication industry in the development and introduction of new mobile and B2B products into LLA markets
  • Establish the characteristics for the different LLA markets and map these to innovation and success in comparable markets globally
  • Provide insight to trends within the global mobile and B2B telecommunication industry and identify opportunities these afford in delivery on the mobile and B2B product strategy of the company
  • Working with Legal and Regulatory teams identify regulatory changes within the industry or adjacent industries that great opportunities or challenges in delivery of a compelling portfolio of mobile and B2B products
  • Direct new product research monitor spend, performance versus defined business case
  • Knowledge and Experience :

  • Bachelor level in a Technology, Engineering or Business degree
  • At least 7 years of strong Mobile and / or B2B industry background with experience in market research and customer insight
  • At least 5 years exposure to mobile and / or B2B product development processes
  • 5 years experience engaging effectively, presenting and getting buy in from executive and senior Management
