You are responsible for
Single accountable party for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given strategic initiative
Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit
Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders in matrix organization
Directly manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with internal / external stakeholders to oversee all phases of a project and ensure compliance to defined standards
Develops communication plans and interfaces to execute on responsibilities
Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure.
Responsible to report on the status of the project to the project governance bodies and ensure transparency
Formulates E2E project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used
Review the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs / benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting

In line with Philips vital transformation strategy to become excellent in operational execution, reduce complexity and increase efficiencies, GBS acts as the in-house competence center for Business Services with E2E service lines across functions to accelerate continuously improved performance to better support our customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Operations, or business-related subject required
PMP certificate (or equivalent) is preferred
5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in successfully managing various projects
Be strong at structuring complex tasks and coordination of complex processes
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) Operations, and / or professional services consulting on process transformation and compliance (Big 4 preferred) roles required.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships throughout an organization including executive leadership and other internal / external parties.
Ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and resources in a multi-location, multi-national model
