The holder of this role will be responsible for executing and implementing various Benefits programs for Kyndryl UK.You will work closely with Fleet Management and Benefits Professionals in Budapest as well as with other functions on matters involving legal and tax compliance, employee relations, employee communications and financial reporting related to the Benefits Programs.
You will have regular interactions with Payroll.Project work will include supporting the transition of Kyndryl Benefits to a new flexible benefits platform as well as working to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions and proposals to increase overall process effectiveness.
The right candidate may also have the opportunity to work with the business development team to provide benefits support to deal based activities.
