Assist in preparation of meetings including meeting notices and reminders.

Prepare meeting agendas and compose minutes from all meetings.

Assist in planning and organizing of events, including setting up and clean up.

Work with the VP of Communications to assist in photography of events.

Assist in the planning and organization of the Leadership Bay and Junior Leadership Bay programs.

Maintaining participant records, monitor steering committee activities to assure coordination of program sessions and assist with the coordination of kick-off and graduation activities.

Back up support for the Information Specialist.

Provide staff support and / or manage any special projects as directed by the President / CEO or VP of Events and Foundation.

Minimum Skills / Education Requirement :

Skills : Excellent computer knowledge to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Some experience with Adobe Indesign and Photoshop is preferable.

Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms a plus. Must have great organizational skills and excellent people skills.

Education : Must have a High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience : Three years’ experience in a related administrative position. Previous fundraising and event coordination a plus.

Full Time Starting pay $27,000 per year
