In this role, you have the opportunity to
Events Management is responsible to organize and manage events in three different levels : strategic, region and markets.
You are responsible for
Create world-class Events
Work with agencies / vendors to optimize and enable more efficient execution of 3rd party and proprietary events
Work with Marketing teams to understand and optimize product / solution requirements to promote within the event portfolio
Ensure robust 'surround tactics' by embracing E&S team skills / talents
Create Brand Experiences that project and exploit the Philips Strategy and Brand and
Ensure Measurement and analytics are optimized.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and / or customers.
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Acts as advisor to peers to meet schedules and / or resolve technical problems.
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / PR.
5 years of experience managing large events and processes across a complex organization.
Experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups
Event Vendor / Agency management experience required.
Project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources.
Practice in developing plans to measure and evaluate event success.
Advanced English Level.
Advanced Portuguese level preferred.
