Customer Sales & Service Representative (Independent Contractor)
Job Description
The Customer Sales & Service Representative is a great opportunity to leverage your sales and customer service skills to make an impact on our overall customer experience.
The candidate will be responsible for answering a combination of sales and customer service calls / messages or chats in a fast-paced environment.
Rate of Pay : $6.00 + commission
Location : Remote
Remote : Both training and the position will be work from home. Company provides equipment and employee supplies hard-wired internet connection, internet speeds of at least 30mbps, and a distraction-free work environment.
Skills / Qualifications :
Good Conversational English
Previous sales experience
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Core Responsibilities
Achieves or exceeds sales targets while interacting with new and existing customers via telephone / chats or messages.
Demonstrates sales techniques by using probing questions and overcoming objections.
Aids customers for non-sales-related calls to the best of ability and seeks to transition it to a sale.
Establishes rapport and promotes relationships by providing a unique positive experience for each customer.
Demonstrates proficient use of soft skills, including active listening, problem solving and responding appropriately.
Maintains excellent oral and written communication skills, with relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner.
Ability to work independently, while being a productive member of the team
Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as keyboard and mouse.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work weekends.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
