DTC Planning -Sr. Professional

Location : Panama

Reports To : DTC Planning Manager

Summary

The primary responsibilitie is to provide support to the entire DTC Channel (BH / FH) to define the appropriate product distribution and inventory analysis.

Will be the main point of contact for DTC Cross Functional Team to ensure all goods arrive on time and maintain stock accuracy across stores.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support and follow up on orders, transfers and returns.
  • Support and Implement product mix according to our FH / BH & Partners
  • Support improvements in Allocation and Replenishment
  • Support to oversee the optimal flow of merchandise incl. fulfilment of product / marketing introduction deadlines / capacity planning
  • Support to implement key product planning reports that help evaluate the business goals and ensure findings are considered in strategy establishment.
  • To support and follow up on end of season stocks management
  • Inventory analysis to coordinate and take action on : transfers and returns
  • Assess and report on category sell-in and sell-through performance to take actions.
  • Responsible for analyzing and owning business, pull and analyze Ad hoc reporting to be shared with merchandising team
  • Assist in ensuring calendars and timelines are met
  • Track distribution of weekly selling reports and Interpret weekly selling information to recommend strategy changes if needed
  • Collaborate with DTC Merch to influence the assortment of the stores
  • Work in partnership with VM and Retail Marketing to implement and execute the monthly Floorset

  • Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Experience in apparel and / or footwear industry highly preferred.
  • Retail operations knowledge, including inventory control, loss prevention, retail systems, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Advanced computer skills - Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access); knowledge of Retail POS systems, scheduling systems, etc.
  • He or she must have a strong ability to communicate and build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills & numerical and analytical skills
  • Education and / or Experience

  • College degree in business or related field. 2-3+ years or more of retail experience in a high-volume retail storesExperience in apparel and / or footwear industry highly preferred.
