Championing compliance with General Business Principles in the marketplace.
Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and our behaviors.
Ensuring full adherence and integrity of business operation according to internal / external requirements and standards.
Role models our General Business Principles (GBP) as a fundamental part of our behaviors and takes pro-active measures throughout Philips to ensure compliance with the GBP.
Supporting the payroll process.
Supporting HR data quality.
Ensuring execution of HR policies and guidelines.
Supporting delivery of reports within scope.
Responding to external / internal requests for information.
Filing HR-related documentation; maintain HR files and records.
Actively identifying improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participates in LEAN process improvement activities.
Assessing and analyzing the desirability / necessity of improvements and simplifications in HR related processes and procedures and initiates a change request.
Introducing new HR supporting process activities.
Supporting the HR Manager in development activities.

The Panama HR Team supporting the GBS and LATAM Services organizations. GBS is an organization that is currently growing and expanding.
You will report to the HR Manager in Panama.

Bachelor or relevant equivalent experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR support roles.
MS Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills.
Understanding and experience with Panamanian labor law.
Analytical and reporting skills.
HR processes knowledge.
English knowledge is required.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable with different level of stakeholders.
