Job Title : Community Specialist
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Create and coordinate the content grid according to the communication needs, personality and tone of the brand brought to each social network that the brand has.
Build and administer the online community to promote the interaction of social networks in the different platforms. Support web site design to be aligned with brand communication, promotions, actions
Work together with the designer / agency to create graphic and animated content for social networks and design the strategy for content in every platform, according to each platform nature & audiences.
Attend trends, interactions and constant relationship with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Pinterest; you must be clear about the brand and commercial objectives to align the KPIs of the networks and generate traffic to the website.
Be aware of what is at the top of consumer conversations in order to capture relevant messages to adapt the brand conversation with consumers.
Ability to connect easily and open conversations with others, with good listening. State your ideas clearly. Tolerate differences.
Solve by generating alerts when you discover problems in the framework of your daily tasks. Make decisions with partial data.
Support App s implementations in the different platforms. Develop the relevant content to support apps actions, promotions, awareness
Be aware of the questions, comments, concerns of customers and consumers in different platforms. Answer with the right message according the brand personality.
Academic qualifications and experience required :
Bachelor of Marketing or similar
Agency management experience or previous working experience in an agency.
Advanced level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
Knowledge of design tools.
Knowledge of copywriting tools.
Google Analytics, Datorama, or other digital and media analytics reporting expertise
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Capable of understanding Digicel value and target customer benefits.
Experience translating business objectives into marketing strategy and campaign results.
A high-energy disposition combined with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, and a diverse group of team members and stakeholders.
Strong experience with digital marketing tools : Synthesio, Hootsuite, Social Baker, Trello, Etc.
